Who is Sarah Pearce?
I am a strategic leader experienced in managing high-stakes, technically complex challenges. As the Founder and Director of Kwezi Consulting, I provide strategic consultancy for housing, government, and charities. I bring structure, insight, and momentum to organisations navigating change, growth, or increased scrutiny.
Background and Expertise
My career spans three decades in the public and third sectors, including a long-term tenure at Notting Hill Genesis.
I hold an MSc in Computing Science and a BA (Hons) in Humanities, focusing on psychology. This dual academic background directly informs my capability: the technical foundation enables me to quickly assess complex data landscapes, digital transformation requirements, and intricate operational structures, while the psychology focus provides a deep understanding of human behaviour during change. I am frequently brought in to manage longstanding, difficult issues, applying a structured, solutions-focused mindset to resolve them with clarity and decisiveness.
What led me to start Kwezi Consulting?
Kwezi means morning star / new beginnings. After an extensive career leading internal transformation and strategy, I launched Kwezi Consulting to offer my expertise directly to a wider range of clients. I recognised a consistent need for experienced, objective leadership that can step into complex transitions, establish effective governance, and drive delivery.
